Biting the Big Apple: Why I Keep Coming Back to Manhattan
Well, I’m back in New York City! For the last few years, I’ve been coming back to this city that many say never sleeps. And indeed it doesn’t! Every time I head back to NYC, there’s always something else to discover!
Generally, when I’m in NYC, I fly into JFK airport. I take the train into Manhattan. I stay in the midtown area. Reason? It’s convenient for everything. Visiting this iconic city called New York is easy for me. Whether it’s a walk to a restaurant or museum, I find it effortless. I also enjoy taking a train to the outskirts of NYC.
There is always a good reason to visit NYC in the winter. One reason is it’s a little more affordable. Another reason is there are fewer people to navigate on the sidewalks of the city. Plus, I celebrated my birthday again. Boy am I getting up there! For this trip, I encountered my first winter storm, it was historic.
In years past, I experienced cold weather and sometimes rain. This year, it was a winter storm!
Below is a list of places I visited. I enjoyed going to these places for sightseeing. Broadway shows were also a highlight. I also loved grabbing a bite or enjoying a cocktail at these spots.
